| | Jim Carrey - another John Lennon? | | A documentary detailing the making of Sir George Martin's album 'In My Life' featured Robin Williams, Phil Collins and the excellent Jim Carrey. Carrey sang 'I am the Walrus' and I have to say, he was hilarious. Sir George basically just let him loose in the studio and mopped up the blood off the walls afterwards - heh! Carrey was also a rather good singer. Although his personality is not as acidic as John Lennon, I could imagine him in a tribute movie playing the part really well. | |

I was pregnant when I heard John Lennon died. It was so sad and I cried all night holding my belly thinking of what kind of world my child would be born into. John Lennon's music was filled with so much love and energy for peace, the loss of his life was somthing you could feel almost physically. And so many people felt that. It brings tears to my eyes to think of it now. | |

| John Lennon's Hair Color | | Hello everyone,Is it me or did you also notice that it seems that John Lennon's hair color had changed over the years?That it seemed darker and more brownish when he was younger and when he was a moptop Beatle in the early to mid 1960's.Only for it to change to a lighter, almost more orangenish color when he got older, towards the end of the Beatles career in the late 1960's. And it also seems that once his hair got lighter, it had never reverted to being dark again afterwards. At least not to as dark as it was when he was a moptop Beatle. So, that brings the question. Did he dye his hair? And if he did, when did he do so? When he was younger perhaps to have his hair color match the rest of the Beatles (ie. specially Paul and George)? Or did he change his color when he got older perhaps to look different, partly to deviate away from his moptop image?What do you think?
