It always says how they can't leagly put it on the internet! Why don't they just take it off the net. Or am i doing something wrong! Can anyone else acgaly get to the tabs?

| | Has anyone ever learned guitar on their own? | | I've always wanted to learn to play guitar. I took piano lessons from age 8 to age 10 so I'm not a total beginner when it comes to music. I mean, I can read music, kind of. I'm 20 right now so it's been a while but I still remember the basics.I was looking through the phone book and I found a few local guitar instructors, but I've also seen some teach yourself guitar courses ( http://www.guitarplayerscenter.com/ ). Has anyone used any? I wonder if it would be ok for me because like I said I"m not a total beginner. But I suppose it might be hard not having someone there to actually correct your mistakes.The thing is, I'm trying to save money because I'm a college student. And I don't really want to pay 20 dollars or more per half hour lesson. I've seen some DVD courses online and also some free courses online and I'd like to try those first, I just want some feedback from people who have gone this route before. | |

And i have cds for most of this books and a few clips from Petrucci`s Rock discipline.
I also have songbooks from Metallica, Dream Theater, Led Zeppelin, Nirvana.I started with Fisher`s Rock secrets and now i am using Petrucci`s Rock Discipline and gambale` speed picking. | |
| | What if? | | Way back then, I've a friend who borrow one of my precious collection of songbook because she need it on their program. And unfortunately she didn't able to return the songbook simply because she lost it. She asked sorry though, but still I really felt bad. Since then I didn't allow her to borrow anything from me. If someone borrow something from you and fail to return it, what would you do? Will you allow that person to borrow again from you?ho have gone this route before. | |
| | Obama gives Queen of England an I-Pod | | To celebrate their first meeting with the Queen of England, Obama and wife give the queen an ipod. Yeah, that's right, an ipod! This is April Fool's Day, but it's no joke, I'm afraid. Oh, and the i-pod was loaded with videos of the queen when she visited the U.S. in 2007. And check out the picture on Drudge-The Queen is standing away from the Obamas. Very odd picture, I thought. And some old songbook signed by Richard Rodgers was also given to her. What made me giggle was the Queen gave them a signed picture of herself in a silver frame-Brits say that's not a 'special' gift, but the regular gift she gives out. | |
| | Where do you sing videoke? | | Here in our country, the Philippines, videoke is a common thing. In every occasions here, it is usual to see a videoke machine, a machine with a monitor and thousands of songs stored. The song plays in the monitor like a minus one but with lyrics changing in proper timing. For every song you sing, there's an equivalent score depending on how good your voice is. That is the original videoke machine. But now, there is already different varieties, not only that typical machine. There is now a microphone with thousand of songs stored, you just have to plug it to your television. Another variant is in DVD player, there is now a DVD player with videoke features, a DVD with songs stored. We Filipinos really love to sing, it doesn't matter if you have a golden voice or not. Haha! Actually videoke machine was been used as a business. It is being rent by people whenever there's a special occasion, like birthday or fiesta. | | Rock of Ages | | I just got the Def Leppard songbook for guitar and I am thrilled. I have been playing it for the last couple of hours and man is it intense. | | Do you believe in a miracle? | | Did you? I believe in a miracle i always hear that happen to some people. There are some say its just a coincidence. One day i went to church and that day it feels very relaxing and i am so happy. When i already seated i got my songbook and starts to sing. I sing that all the song in my songbook are all finish. I stop singing and one member of the church said where is your companion here i heard people who are singing with you. They all dress good why you are alone now. When i heard that i am a little bit surprise because i am alone inside the church and 1 member said lots are singing with me. What do you think is it miracle? like birthday or fiesta.
