| Jethro Tull | | I have been listening music of Jethro Tull, recently, and other progresive bands of the early seventies, and I found their music amazing, so complex and estructurated.
I wonder if you know some other groups, recent groups that make music in this line? | |
| | What I like about Jethro Tull | | Jethro Tull is my favorite rock n' roll group. What I like about this band is that they are a mixture of rock n' roll and Celtic music or Scottish music. They can play any type of music, including an old, old song from the composer Johann-Sebastian Bach. My favorite song from Jethro Tull is "The Whistler." What about you? Do you like Jethro Tull? | |

| Jethro Tull --- remember them? | | Does anybody remember the band - Jethro Tull and/or their albums/songs like Aqualung, Locomotive Breath...I love the band for its albums, their live shows, Ian Anderson... I was just wondering if there were others who knew of the band and had something to say about them:) | |
| | JETHRO TULL | | Have any of you listened to or still listening Jethro Tull? and if so which is your favorite track/album. (mine has to be Aqualung) | |

| Too Old To Rock 'N Roll, Too Young To Die... | | Well in 18 more days, I will reach the half century mark...and I'm starting to think about things like senility, nursing homes, heart attacks...all those really COOL things you can look forward to as you get older.[em]doh[/em]And so, I started thinking...being as it is a whole new generation of people getting old, can we expect to someday soon hear the soothing strains of Metallica, Megadeth, Iron Maiden and others of that genre wafting through the corridors of the retirement homes?I mean...I may be getting older, but I still like to ROCK!!! And they DO call it a "rocking" chair...so can I ROCK as I rock? Or am I gonna have to get used to Lawrence Welk?[em]confused[/em]Oh, the things that keep me awake at night...[em]lol[/em] | |
| | What Kind of Music Do You Listen To? | | According to this article http://www.4029tv.com/entertainment/17167549/detail.html?treets=fts&tid=2656340438813&tml=fts_ent&tmi=fts_ent_1_12150208122008&ts=HMcCain and Obama were asked by Blender magazine to give their top 10 favorite songs. McCain listed two ABBA songs: "Dancing Queen" and "Take A Chance On Me." in his top ten, while Obama chose newer songs like "Touch the Sky" by Kanye West and "Ready or Not" by the Fugees. Both men agreed on Sinatra. While I think there are much more important issues to be asking the presidential candidates, I thought it would be fun to ask all of you, what are your top 10 listens to?
