| | billy Ray Cyrus | | I have been a big fan of Billy Ray Cyrus's since he first came on the scene with Achy Breaky Heart in 1992! I got to see him in concert in 1993 at the Birmingham Jefferson Civic Center. I also got to see him at the last June Jam in fort Payne Alabama, which is where the group alabama is from.I don't remember what year I became a member of his fan club (I'm not in it any more due to money being so tight) but I had always wanted to meet him. Would you believe I got to meet him twice in a week in 1999?! I went to the Choctaw Indian Fair in Philadelphia, Mississippi that summer and I didn't know until a few days before I left that he was going to be there! I met his manager and asked if I could have my picture made with him and he said I could. I even got to give Billy Ray a hug! I didn't get to talk to him much becuase he was in a hurry to go enjoy the fair. He put on a great show that night at the fair! Would you believe that picture didn't turn out, though?! In fact, that whole role of film didn't turn out. I don't remember why. It didn't matter, though, because I got a chance to have my picture made with him again that same week at a concert he did down at Old York in Oakman,... | |

Apparently, the only adult that was with her (who made decisions for her) was her publicist. I think maybe her mother or father should have been there, but he's always said that he raised her to make good decisions on her own.
